Even the
smallest organization operates based on the current systems used and the
existing resources available at a given point in time.

modification of one process or procedure in any area, section or
operations of an organization
usually results in a change in another area.
Change in one area of operations always impacts another. As a

organization must be "global" in view and enterprise wide during
any review and prior to implementation.
